Audiobrain has completed the sonic branding/audio experience design, music systems design, and installation for Holland America’s Nieuw Statendam. The ship just made her debut in her homeport of Fort Lauderdale and is heading to Europe in the spring. We boarded in Venice, spent many days in the shipyard with the Holland America team, and stayed on for the preview sail aboard this spectacular cruise ship!
We have collaborated on sonic branding to support Holland America’s experience design over the last ten years and the Nieuw Statendam is simply amazing on every level! Thanks to our unbelievable HAL team for taking us around the world and entrusting us to collaborate on a 5th ship with more to come in 2019! We thank you for understanding and advocating for the paramount importance of the sonic experience and for supporting us in bringing voice, sound, and music to the highest possible level of integrated branding! Oprah Winfrey has been named the Godmother of this ship and the dedication will be held in a private ceremony. Congrats on a true gem, The Nieuw Statendam!
