Highly esteemed author Kathryn Best has just released her latest design book: The Fundamentals of Design Management.  The Book emphasizes the interdisciplinary nature of design management, and as such is of relevance to those from a number of backgrounds: art and design, business, marketing or media.  Audiobrain’s Audrey Arbeeny authored the chapter on sonic branding in which she discusses the process, the role in interdisciplinary design, and how to integrate into the design equation.

The Fundamentals of Design Management can be purchased at any major book outlet including Amazon and Barnes and Noble.

Audiobrain recently completed our sonic branding work for Scholastic’s Read 180, its top-rated, interactive, server-based reading intervention educational tool.  Our work involved music, sound design and effects, as well as strategy/hierarchy of sounds and their relationship in a learning environment.  For more on Read 180, click here.
