Audiobrain completes another successful year at Brand
ManageCamp!
Audiobrain attended and
sponsored Brand ManageCamp for the 5th year in a row. The
conference was held once again in Las Vegas and had the
highest attendance yet. This year, the conference placed an
emphasis on the importance of fresh thinking by creating
“fresh thinking zones” for each of its sponsor companies.
Audiobrain took this idea to the limit by creating a space
that was both a comfortable thinking space complete with an
Xbox360 and various sonified objects, as well as a space that
told the Audobrain story through a number of articles, photos
and videos. In addition to this fresh thinking zone,
Audiobrain returned as the sonic branding arm of the
conference, creating two new brand theme remixes, conference
mixes for breakfast and lunch, fresh artist music samplers,
and a custom wine tasting mix that paired music from around
the world to specific wines based on geographical location
and taste characteristics. Audiobrain congratulates our
colleagues at ManageCamp on another successful year in Las
Vegas, and we are already looking forward to BMC 2011! Check
out the photos in our photo and blog areas.

Audiobrain Composes Theme, Records 80 Piece Orchestra for
Major League Soccer!
Audiobrain recently returned from Prague after composing and
recording Processional Anthem: The Official MLS Theme
for Major League Soccer. The historic branded theme song is
currently heard at all games, at all MLS venues, and is
the cornerstone of a long-term sound branding initiative,
which in addition to the athlete’s procession, consists of
a television sound signature, rock versions, promos and
future initiatives for other MLS touch points.
Since the league is launching its unprecedented “Game First”
initiatives to elevate and position their soccer brand, the
natural progression for the 2007 season was to compose
original MLS music. To capture this theme, MLS went to
Audiobrain, who already had an existing relationship with
MLS, having served as music supervisors for MLS on ESPN2
since 2005. Congratulation to our colleagues at MLS!

WordUp! Name Best Audio on RealArcade
Real Arcade has cited Audiobrain's sound for the game
WordUp! As Best Audio. Read the review below and click on
the link
"BEST AUDIO: WordUp. Sound treatment often doesn't get the
attention it deserves during game development. The folks
at Skunk Studios NAILED it with the sound and music for
WordUp. Appropriate, funky, with a subtle yet compelling
interrelation between the sound elements and user action
that draws the player into the game "world". Awesome. "
